Submission of Additional photos, Parameters and Variants

The columns mentioned in the title must be in the specified format in the Google Sheets or .xlsx document. If the additional photos, parameters and options do not correspond to the presentation method, an error will be recorded when importing the products and the import will not work or the product information will not be updated.

In your table below, you will find separate sections. In these sections, you will find separate tools for error-free formatting of each respective column value.

Submission of additional photos (column "Additional photos". Section in the sheets file at the bottom: "Additional_Photos")

  1. Open the section: Additional Photos.
  2. Paste the links. One link, per line.
  3. Copy the values in column D2. You can use the keyboard combination: CTRL + C.
  4. Paste the copied value in the import table, next to the corresponding product. You can use the paste shortcut on your keyboard: CTRL + V.
    1. After pasting the copied value, be sure to select "Paste values only" by clicking the icon. Otherwise, the formula will be copied instead of the generated string.

Submission of options (for "Options" column. Section in the sheets file at the bottom: "Options")

  1. Open the section: Options.
  2. List product variants. Variants must have a Name and a Value.
  3. Copy the values in column E2.

Please note that Google sheets or .xlsx documents do not have the option of presenting prices for different variations of product. In such cases, we recommend creating an XML import file. You can view information about XML formatting by clicking here.

Submission of attributes (column "For options". Section in the sheets file at the bottom: "For additional photos")

  1. Open the section: Attributes.
  2. List the product attributes. Parameters must have a Name and a Value.
  3. Copy the values in column E2.

Additional information

For a successful Google Sheets or .xlsx import, we recommend:

  • Check if all mandatory columns are filled.
  • Check if additional Photos, Options and Attributes are provided according to the format.

If you have adjusted the names of the file and sections, they must be without Lithuanian characters and in Latin letters.
